It's not Christmas at RAF High Wycombe until the Christmas Fair has been held!

This annual tradition has been held at RAF High Wycombe for 20 years and this year was no different as festive music and stalls filled the Officer's Mess. More than 30 stallholders supported the event selling a variety of Christmas goodies.
A grand raffle was held with 2,000 tickets sold and shoppers were asked to pay an entrance fee in aid of the beneficiary, the RAF Benevolent Fund. These proceeds were added to takings from a very busy coffee shop to raise a total of £3,500 for the Fund.
Heather Kemp, regional fundraiser for the RAF Benevolent Fund, said: "The RAF High Wycombe Christmas Fair is a permanent fixture in the calendar and one we always look forward to. It’s great to kick-start our festive fundraising with such a well-supported event and such a fantastic total for the Fund.
"The RAF Benevolent Fund, the RAF's leading welfare charity, receives no regular government funding so relies entirely on generous donations like this one to continue supporting the RAF family."
