New service to help serving RAF personnel get better sleep

Everyone has trouble sleeping from time to time and the coronavirus pandemic has, understandably, disrupted sleep for many.

The RAF Benevolent Fund has partnered with Sleepstation, a sleep improvement programme, to give all RAF personnel free access to the service. In their recent survey, the largest of its kind in the UK, Sleepstation discovered that 77% of people reported that lack of sleep is interfering with their ability to function.

Endorsed by the NHS, Sleepstation is a clinically validated sleep improvement programme. The service is proven to combat even the most complex sleep problems and is delivered entirely online.

Sleepstation addresses key concerns with sleep early with the aim of reducing the number of people at risk from chronic sleep problems (and subsequent depression) due to COVID-19. Personnel who are experiencing issues with their sleep can sign up to the service for free until September 14.
